bajilibe User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bajilibe (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the bajilibe website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read this document in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by every provision contained herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using bajilibe and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by bajilibe, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, specialty games, bonus programmes, and the VIP loyalty scheme. They are supplemented by any product-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To open an account and use bajilibe, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bajilibe strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Accounts that cannot verify the minimum age will be suspended immediately and any pending withdrawals will be withheld pending review.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts on bajilibe.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with bajilibe or any other gambling platform where such exclusion is applicable to our platform.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register that applies to online gambling services accessible in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information. bajilibe reserves the right to verify all information provided at the time of registration and at any subsequent point.
• You must maintain only one account on bajilibe. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single player is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts.

bajilibe reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a waiver of the right to subsequently verify eligibility and suspend or close accounts found to be in breach of these requirements.

During the registration process, you will be asked to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a preferred payment method. This information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current and accurate. Notify bajilibe support promptly at support@bajilibe if any of your details change.

As a registered player on bajilibe, you assume the following ongoing obligations for as long as your account remains active:

• Credential security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajilibe login credentials (username and password). Do not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. bajilibe will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• Authorised use only: Your account is for your exclusive personal use. You may not permit any other person to access or use your account, whether for betting, withdrawals, or any other purpose. Any activity carried out under your credentials while your account is active is deemed to have been authorised by you.
• Prompt reporting: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify bajilibe support immediately at support@bajilibe. bajilibe accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where notification was not provided promptly.
• Accuracy of information: You must ensure that all personal details registered to your account remain accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Single account policy: Each player may hold only one bajilibe account. If you have accidentally created duplicate accounts, you must contact support to have the additional accounts closed before using any of them further.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit and bet with funds that legally belong to you. The use of funds obtained through unlawful means, credit taken out for gambling purposes, or funds belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.

bajilibe reserves the right to freeze account funds and request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address dated within three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

All betting and gaming activity on bajilibe is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. These product rules are available within the relevant section of the platform (e.g., sportsbook rules within the cricket betting section, game rules within individual slot and live casino titles). In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules take precedence for matters within their scope.

• Bet acceptance: All bets on bajilibe are subject to acceptance at the platform's discretion. bajilibe reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Acceptance of a bet is confirmed only once the platform has issued a written confirmation (a bet slip or confirmation reference number visible in your account history).
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types on bajilibe. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and within each game. bajilibe may impose individual player stake limits at its discretion.
• Errors and technical faults: In the event of a technical error, system failure, or obvious pricing error during a bet placement or game session, bajilibe reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds. Any winnings derived from a clear error will not be paid and the corresponding stakes will be refunded.
• Live betting: In-play or live betting markets are offered at bajilibe's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time, particularly following significant match events. Bets already confirmed prior to suspension are honoured according to the applicable settlement rules.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled on the basis of official results published by the governing body of the relevant sport (e.g., ICC for cricket). In the event of an official result not being available, bajilibe will use the most widely accepted and verifiable source to determine settlement. Settlement decisions made in good faith on the basis of available information are final.
• Casino game integrity: All casino games available on bajilibe use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are independently verified and cannot be influenced by players or by bajilibe.

bajilibe accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player's misunderstanding of game rules, betting markets, or settlement procedures. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any bet or beginning any game session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajilibe. Any player found to have engaged in any of the conduct listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances), and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one bajilibe account, whether under the same name or different identities.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a bajilibe account. This includes the use of chargebacks or payment disputes as a method of extracting funds from the platform.
• Money laundering: Using bajilibe as a vehicle for laundering proceeds of criminal activity. bajilibe maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market available on bajilibe, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games and syndicated betting designed to exploit pricing errors.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with bajilibe systems in a manner not permitted for human players.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify errors are required to report them to support@bajilibe immediately.
• Identity misrepresentation: Registering under a false name, providing fraudulent identification documents, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity to bajilibe.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or play on bajilibe while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access to the platform by a person under 18.

bajilibe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the player or their payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login, deposit, or bet activity.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion submitted via bajilibe's responsible gaming tools or by contacting support.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where a player's account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or confirmed fraudulent conduct, bajilibe reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account, including real money deposits, pending winnings, and bonus balances. In cases where no breach has occurred and closure is initiated either by the player or for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any real money balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in their account settings. Self-exclusion can also be initiated by contacting the bajilibe support team at support@bajilibe. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. bajilibe's decisions regarding account suspension, closure, and fund forfeiture in cases of Terms & Conditions breaches are final and binding. Players who believe a decision has been made in error may contact support@bajilibe to submit a formal dispute, which will be reviewed within 10 business days.
